The first season of Global Student Fashion Week in 2025 will take place in 7 days, gathering 150 designers from 30 fashion schools worldwide. In addition, the event will have the participation of 999 beauty kings and queens as Global Ambassadors. Notably, the appearance of the Global Ambassador Juniors will assist designers in conveying the meanings behind their collections. Recently, the organizers officially announced that the next face to join is child supermodel Tran Ngoc Yen.
Creating A Brand New Era For Global Fashion - that’s the slogan of Global Student Fashion Week (GSFW) - the first fashion week in the world designated specifically for fashion institutes, taking students as the center. The event will take place from December 4 - December 10, 2025 in Hanoi, Vietnam. The event will mark history with the gathering of 150 designers from 30 fashion institutes across the world. Along with that, there will be the performance of over 450 beauty kings and queens, 900 dancers as well as the participation of over 6000 guests.
Accompanying GSFW 2025 will be the participation of 999 beauty queens and kings, and influencers from countries around the world as Global Ambassadors. They will work alongside the organizers to spread positive messages of the program. Notably, they will also participate in showcasing collections from talented designers at GSFW 2025. Among them is the prominent presence of professional child models, including the noteworthy child supermodel Tran Ngoc Yen.
Ngoc Yen was born in 2015 in Lang Son. With a passion for art, fashion, dancing, and a flair for acting and hosting, Ngoc Yen dreams of becoming a professional model, a talented actress, and competing in beauty contests. Although only 9 years old, this young model has already gained a wealth of experience and appeared on major runways. Notably, she recently excelled in winning the title of champion at the “Vietnamese Child Talent 2024” program.
In the upcoming time, Ngoc Yen, along with the Global Ambassador Juniors, will officially enter an advanced training program focused on skills such as modeling, photography, commercial filming, interviewing, red carpet skills, and demeanor. Each skill will be divided into training modules, guided by experts from both domestic and international backgrounds. Notably, the entire training program will be filmed and broadcast on television.
Additionally, Ngoc Yen will also be among the 20 model kids to perform at the Announcement Ceremony of Global Student Fashion Week - the world’s first ever fashion week for fashion institutes, which will take place in December 2024 in Hanoi with the participation of 1000 guests: chairpersons of beauty contests and fashion weeks, representatives from educational institutions, beauty queens, kings, and influential figures in the fashion industry.
