Global Student Fashion Week (GSFW) is the world's first fashion week dedicated to educational institutions in the fashion field, with a student-centered focus. With the mission of creating a new era for the global fashion industry, the first season of Global Student Fashion Week in 2025 will take place over 7 days, gathering 150 designers from 30 educational institutions worldwide. In addition to designs for adult models, special collections for junior models will also be showcased at this prestigious fashion week. Therefore, the Global Ambassador Juniors will play an essential role, alongside beauty queens and kings, including two junior models, Huyen My and Huyen Linh.
After announcing more than 40 beauty queens and kings from countries around the world as Global Ambassadors, the GSFW organizing committee has recently officially announced that the two junior models, Huyen My and Huyen Linh, have officially become Global Ambassador Juniors of the fashion week.
Born and raised in Hanoi, Huyen My is now 7 years old, and Huyen Linh is 10. Although they are new to the modeling field, the two sisters have gained tremendous support from the audience and high praise from designers and fashion brands alike.
This past June, Huyen My and Huyen Linh were officially invited to perform at Asia's largest children's fashion week, Vietnam International Junior Fashion Week, held at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel in Hanoi. Currently, Huyen My and Huyen Linh are attending a professional modeling course to further enhance their knowledge and skills as professional models.
Mr. Le Tran Dac Ngoc, Chairman of GSFW, shared: “In most of the training programs at schools, young designers (students) are tasked with creating design projects for children. Therefore, the presence of the Global Ambassador Juniors is a special feature that the fashion week aims to offer the designers.” Speaking about Huyen My and Huyen Linh, he shared: “With their significant advantages in appearance and natural talent in modeling, Huyen My and Huyen Linh are certain to become rising stars in Vietnam's junior modeling community.”
The Global Ambassador Juniors will undergo a highly selective admission process. Afterward, they will receive advanced training at the Global Stars Academy in various skills, including runway performance, photo shoots, commercial filming, interviews, red carpet skills, and demeanor. This new generation of junior models will undoubtedly possess all the qualities of a professional model, working alongside the organizers to fulfill the mission of Global Ambassadors for GSFW from now until the end of December 2025.
