Entrepreneur Nguyen Thang Long: Pioneer in training and developing young talents

 

As the Director of Global Student Fashion Week (GSFW), entrepreneur Nguyen Thang Long, together with director Le Tran Dac Ngoc, the President of the Week, has pioneered an entirely new field, creating the world's first platform dedicated to fashion design schools with students at its core. With the mission of shaping a new era for the global fashion industry, Global Student Fashion Week will bring together 150 designers from 30 training institutions worldwide. Additionally, the event will feature performances by 999 beauty queens and kings as Global Ambassadors, 900 dancers, and over 6,000 attendees. GSFW 2025 promises to deliver visually stunning and inspiring showcases, positioning itself as one of the 10 most influential fashion weeks on the planet. 

 “Global Student Fashion Week is a playground for students to shine and is the bridge for Vietnamese young talents to go global,” Mr. Nguyen Thang Long shared.

 

He is also a reputable speaker, sharing his experience and knowledge at government events and within the business community.

 

Alongside the main activities of Global Student Fashion Week, the competition My Team is the Leader will also take place – a platform exclusively for student clubs across Vietnam. This competition aims to honor initiatives, leadership skills, and the pioneering spirit of student clubs, encouraging young people not only to develop their personal talents but also to contribute to fostering positive values for society. As the Head of the Organizing Committee, Nguyen Thang Long has created a competitive arena for student clubs nationwide, emphasizing the importance of responsibility and a positive impact on the community.

He also serves as the CEO of the Global Stars Academy, which has established a professional training environment for talents in modeling, performing arts, and soft skills. Global Stars Academy sets itself apart by focusing on personal branding, talent management, and offering young individuals opportunities to shine in the future.

“We want to provide the most stable preparation for the Vietnamese young generation on their way to integrate with the world,” Mr. Long emphasized.

In addition to his leadership roles in major projects, entrepreneur Nguyen Thang Long frequently serves as a judge and advisor in startup competitions at universities. He is also a reputable speaker, sharing his experience and knowledge at government events and within the business community.
