Miss Culture Friendship International 2025 has passed more than half of its journey with many practical and exciting activities for the contestants. This serves as a solid and important foundation for them to compete together in the upcoming key rounds.
From the very beginning, Miss Culture Friendship International 2025 has recorded special highlights with great interest and support from the public. With a significant mission of cultural exchange, connection, and above all, honoring the beauty of women, the competition has seen the participation of many promising contestants.
Not stopping at competitive activities, Miss Culture Friendship International 2025 also brings contestants valuable experiences such as cultural workshops, travel experiences, Talent competitions, fashion contests, and the Ao Dai Culture Fashion Show in Hanoi. These activities also contribute to enhancing the value of the competition while promoting the homeland's image to international friends.
On the afternoon of December 4, the competition also held the announcement ceremony for Miss Culture Friendship International/Global Junior Supermodel 2025 with the theme “Spreading Culture – Connecting the World.” The event quickly attracted great attention with the presence of many famous names such as Miss Phuong Khanh, Runner-up Mai Ngo, Cindy Thai Tai, makeup expert Nam Trung, and especially the Top 26 contestants of Miss Culture Friendship International 2025, as well as participants from the Global Junior Supermodel competition.
In addition to introducing information about the competition, the event officially announced the top contestants advancing to the next round and earning the opportunity to visit Japan in the upcoming key competitions. Furthermore, the announcement ceremony also officially unveiled the crown collection for the top girls achieving the highest titles. The crown for Miss Culture Friendship International 2025 and the tiaras for the 4 runner-ups were crafted by THD - Crown & Jewelry. The designs are inspired by lotus flowers and patterns from Vietnamese culture. In addition to the creative aesthetic thinking, the crown and tiaras were meticulously and carefully crafted to create harmony in both appearance and meaning.
Moreover, the appearance of a high-quality panel of judges also became a “guarantee” of the competition’s quality and prestige. While Runner-up Mai Ngo brings diverse judging experience, Miss Phuong Khanh takes on a rare judge position, and makeup expert Nam Trung also judges a beauty pageant for the first time. Additionally, Miss Culture Friendship International 2025 also features familiar faces such as MC/actor Tuan Tu, designer Cao Minh Tien, and singer/MC Phan Anh - CEO of Skyline Entertainment.
In her special role in this competition, beauty pageant runner-up Mai Ngo shared: “As an Ambassador and Judge in an international competition co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Consulate General of Vietnam in Japan, I really need to pay a lot of attention to my image, words, both 'holding back' and maintaining explosive energy, while not losing my natural ability to inspire.”
Meanwhile, Miss Phuong Khanh also sparked curiosity when she made a rare appearance in a beauty or entertainment program. Sharing her thoughts, Miss Earth 2018 said: “Mainly, I feel the competition aligns with my image, and the other part must also fit my personal schedule. As everyone knows, Khanh is very passionate about embroidery art, so I’ve dedicated most of my time to creativity in this field and hope everyone supports this journey. Furthermore, the program and the organizers are a team I have collaborated with before, and I feel they treat everyone like family.”
The prize structure of Miss Culture Friendship International 2025 has also attracted significant public attention, with a total value of up to 3 billion VND. Accordingly, the winner of the "LIGHT OF THE FUTURE" crown will receive a cash prize of 100 million VND, accompany the organizers in 3 community projects across 3 regions: Asia, Europe, and Oceania, a course at GAG Japanese Language Academy worth 250 million VND, an F&B and entertainment package at Skyline Entertainment worth 20 million VND, beauty service packages from sponsors, and the opportunity to become an MC on VTC Television.
The “Xuan Que Huong” (Spring In The Homeland) program is expected to run from January 4–5, 2025, in Saitama Province and conclude in Fukuoka from January 10–12, 2025. Within the festival framework, there will be booths introducing handicrafts, consumer goods, tourism, and Vietnamese culture, along with performances by Vietnamese artists. The highlight of this program will be the Miss Culture Friendship International 2025 and Global Junior Supermodel 2025 competitions.
Miss Culture Friendship International 2025 has become one of the beauty contests for Vietnamese women living, studying, and working in Japan in particular and worldwide in general. The competition also honors the beauty and intelligence of women with admirable qualities and virtues. Beyond physical beauty, this is also a place for girls to fulfill the mission of promoting and exchanging Vietnamese culture and people with international friends. Above all, it raises the image and position of a positive, kind, and well-integrated beauty.
This is considered a practical activity to implement the campaign and honor the image of “Vietnamese women living beautifully and usefully,” as well as the campaign “Vietnamese women for social welfare, for community life” launched by the Association of Vietnamese People in Fukuoka. From there, it strengthens solidarity and promotes the development of the good relationship between Vietnam and Japan.
