Global Junior Fashion Week 2025: Top-tier junior fashion rendezvous in the world

Global Junior Fashion Week (GJFW) is where child models take center stage in performances of international caliber. Originally established as Vietnam International Junior Fashion Week in 2018, GJFW has gradually evolved into a global event, connecting young talents, designers, and brands from over 50 countries.

Organized by Voyage Group in collaboration with Hanoi Museum, the Vietnam Martyr Families Support Association, and 5G Multimedia, under the patronage of the Office of International Cooperation Department (Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism), the Vietnam Records Association, and leading organizations such as CICON, MARVELS, FCA, and Korea CEO Summit, GJFW 2025 promises to be one of the most influential children’s fashion events worldwide.

GJFW 2025 will take place on June 28 - 29, 2025, at Hanoi Museum, featuring hundreds of child models, renowned designers, 999 Global Ambassadors, 500 Global Student Model Ambassadors, and 50 international experts in the High Council of Advisors. With the theme “The Celestial Symphony”, the event delivers a message of harmony between fashion, nature, and sustainable living. Beyond the runway, GJFW will offer a series of traditional cultural experiences such as to he molding, Dong Ho painting making, and conical hat painting, allowing children to explore Vietnamese heritage in an international setting. Notably, GJFW will also launch the Global Junior Supermodel 2025 competition, seeking the most outstanding young models from around the world.

Cherry An Nhien: Junior star maturing from an artistic foundation

From a young age, Cherry displayed a natural sensitivity in front of the camera and a deep love for the stage. Without feeling pressured to chase the spotlight, she was guided by her mother to develop naturally, learning through experiences and growing at an age-appropriate pace. With a doll-like appearance, featuring a round face, bright eyes, and soft curly hair, Cherry quickly caught the attention of brands and production teams. Every photo and video capturing her daily moments exudes innocence, charm, and an irresistible appeal.

Beyond her success on the fashion runway, Cherry is also a familiar face on television, particularly in prime-time dramas loved by audiences nationwide. She left a lasting impression in “Huong Vi Tinh Than” (The Taste of Love) as young Khanh Thy – though a short role, it conveyed deep emotions and helped shape the character’s psychological depth from childhood. She further captivated viewers as Happi, a lively and intelligent girl in “Dung Lam Me Cau” (Don’t Make Mom Angry), where her natural, effortless acting made audiences laugh and tear up.

Building on her achievements, Cherry appeared in “Thuong Ngay Nang Ve” (Mother of Mine) and “Chung Ta Cua 8 Nam Sau” (Us 8 Years Later), both requiring emotional depth and strong chemistry with co-stars. Despite being only 8 years old, Cherry has demonstrated exceptional acting talent, delivering natural performances, expressive versatility, and the ability to maintain rhythm in dialogue-heavy or psychologically complex scenes. Her performances have not only won over audiences but also earned high praise from industry professionals – directors and screenwriters who have worked with her commend her serious attitude, sharp instincts, and remarkable ability to absorb direction.

With hard work, humility, and a strong eagerness to learn, Cherry continues to refine her professional runway skills, natural posing in front of the camera, and dedicated work ethic. These qualities have cemented her status as one of the most beloved and sought-after child models today.

Sought-after little star with an admirable artistic schedule

Not only recognized for her acting roles, Cherry is also a familiar face in advertising campaigns, television programs, and major fashion shows. Each month, she participates in numerous artistic activities, earning an impressive income reaching hundreds of millions of VND – a remarkable figure for a young artist.

Despite her young age, Cherry consistently demonstrates professionalism in every shoot and performance. She listens attentively to directors, collaborates smoothly with production teams, and skillfully controls her emotions and expressions. This dedicated attitude has earned her the trust of partners, leading to long-term collaborations.

Cherry’s mother currently manages her image and career, ensuring that she grows up with a balance between childhood and artistic passion. This thoughtful guidance allows Cherry to develop in a well-rounded environment, where she can thrive in her career while maintaining a healthy balance between work, education, and daily life.

More than just accolades, it’s an inspirational role model

As the Global Ambassador for GJFW 2025, Cherry An Nhien will not only represent Vietnam on the international runway but also spread a positive message to the community. Through her image as a confident, friendly, and courageous young model, she inspires other children to pursue their passions, believe in their self-worth, and embrace their childhood to the fullest

Unlike many who chase adult-like personas, Cherry maintains her innocence, purity, and respectful demeanor, a rare quality in the highly competitive showbiz industry. This genuine character, combined with her natural talent and professional training, has made Cherry a symbol of modern, sophisticated, and highly promising young models.

GJFW 2025 is more than just a fashion stage – it marks a significant milestone in Cherry An Nhien’s journey. From a charming child seen on social media, she has evolved into a leading representative of Vietnamese children’s fashion – and beyond that, a symbol of a new generation of talented, courageous, and inspiring young individuals.
