The actress, who is back with Laneige for their new Bouncy and Firm campaign, gives PEOPLE the run-down of the essentials that help her bounce back on set days
Sydney Sweeney's reset routine consists of a little bit of everything: candles, a snuggly blanket, an ice cream run (her favorite flavor is rainbow sherbet) and a "stripped back" skincare regimen that covers all the basis.
Speaking with PEOPLE for her new Laneige campaign celebrating the latest serum in its Bouncy & Firm collection, the Euphoria star, 27, gets real about how her "skincare journey" has changed over the years.
"When I was younger I would try all of these different products and I always felt like it was irritating my skin. Once I figured out what worked for me, I was like, 'oh, I don't actually need [to do] 15 steps,'" she says.
Her partnership with Laneige, which began in 2022, has evolved naturally alongside her approach to beauty. "Being able to come together, see each other and celebrate these new, incredible products is one of my favorite things to do."
Ahead, see what the Emmy-nominated star keeps in her beauty arsenal.
Laneige Bouncy & Firm Serum
Laneige
Laneige's new launch, a serum that targets dullness with a collagen and peptide formula, fits right into Sweeney's nighttime ritual. "I'll cleanse my face, use the Laneige Cream Skin Toner and then put the Bouncy and Firm Serum on. I love it because it smoothes and plumps my face so beautifully, and it just feels like my skin is glowing. It also really helps strengthen my moisture barrier, and it's very nourishing."

Amazon Face Roller
ESARORA
One of the first things Sweeney does in the morning is ice her face. "That really just helps wake me up," she explains. This face roller from Amazon also helps her with her skin sculpting technique. "I always have one in my freezer at home, and then I'll have one in the fridge in my trailer. Sometimes I'll find one in my purse because I'll be ice rolling my face in the car on my way to set."

Kopari Coconut Body Milk
Kopari
"I have really sensitive skin, so a lot of times whenever I put different types of lotions on, [my skin] will either break out or get irritated. This one doesn't do any of that," Sweeney says of this body moisturizer, which has coconut oil, shea butter and chamomile extract to achieve smooth-to-the touch skin.

Sweeney has been working hard to refine her haircare steps. This reviving and reparative pairing balances the Kérastase ambassador's hair's condition (which usually goes back and forth between dry and oily) while making her strands "stronger, softer and healthier."

Slip Silk Pillowcases
Slip
Silk pillowcases are a must for Sweeney, especially when she's traveling. "It's definitely something that I've been trying to be really cautious and about," she says. "I put them on my hotel bed pillows [and] my hair hasn't been breaking as much."

111Skin De-Puffing Eye Mask
111skin
111Skin eye masks are a "splurge" item for Sweeney and her favorite ones reduce inflammation and rejuvenate skin. "You'll see me wearing them on planes, going to set. They just really de-puff and brighten. They're such a great little pick-me-up and treat for myself."
