With the goal of helping Vietnamese students improve their knowledge, thinking capacity and necessary skills in the global professional working environment, the Organizing Committee of Talent Generation 2024 recently invited Ms. Vo Thi My Duyen to accompany them as Talent Generation 2024 Ambassador, carrying the mission “Elevating Vietnamese intelligence - Elevating Vietnamese brands”.

Ms. Vo Thi My Duyen is known to be a KOL among female speakers, top 30 influential speakers in Vietnam (nguoinoitieng.tv), a frequent guest speaker at newspapers and stations such as VOH, VOV, etc. At the same time, she is also a speaker in the Youth Startup Journey of the Central Youth Union and regularly shares skills and takes care of mental health for students at leading universities such as National Economics University, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Foreign Trade University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, etc. In addition, Ms. Vo Thi My Duyen also holds many important positions such as Chairman of Vietnam Skills Development Co. Ltd, Training Director of VTALK Skills Academy, Founder of Skills for Vietnam - SFVN.

Often known as the Ao Dai Speaker and an inspirational figure when deciding to give up her income of hundreds of millions to pursue education with a starting salary of only 7 million VND, Ms. Vo Thi My Duyen is currently a Master’s degree holder in Education Management and has accompanied more than 50,000 students on the path of skill development at more than 30 universities, high schools, middle schools, and domestic and foreign organizations. In addition, Ms. Vo Thi My Duyen is also the Communications Ambassador for many large charity projects in Vietnam such as Charity Project - Rainbow Library; Memento - Musical program raising funds for pediatric cancer patients and many other meaningful programs.

About the UNESCO Center for Culture, Education and Training (UNESCO-CEP): Is the largest member unit of the UNESCO Vietnam federation. As a non-profit organization, during its nearly 50 years of operation, the UNESCO-CEP Center for Culture, Education and Training has spearheaded projects on Culture (Beauty of Vietnam, Commit Vietnam) and Education, typically the Talent Generation program under the Today's Voice project.

With the goal of helping Vietnamese students improve their knowledge, thinking capacity and necessary skills in the global professional working environment, the Talent Generation 2024 program includes the following exciting activities:

(1) Talent Generation Training Program: free training program certified by Unesco-CEP with 4 important learning and working skills 4Cs: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, Collaboration. The program starts from December 15, 2023. Goal: 5,000 students to receive free training throughout Vietnam.

(2) Talent Generation Forum: exchange and sharing events for students with experts, representatives from businesses, organizations, universities, accompanying units, etc. Goal: connecting at least 30 universities nationwide.

(3) Talent Generation Community: space to exchange and share knowledge between students, employees and experts on the topic of professional thinking and working skills in the 4.0 era. Goal: bringing 100 businesses, entrepreneurs, and experts to young people.
